In the event of a complaint, exchange of goods or its return, it is necessary to:
1. Complete one of the appropriate forms - attached below
2. The product, along with the original receipt and the completed form, should be sent to the Effiki warehouse address:
Effiki Sp. z o.o Sp. k., ul. Kościuszki 135, 17-300 Siemiatycze
3. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged pursuant to art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).
Complaints and returns that do not meet the above-mentioned rules will not be considered until all guidelines are completed.
